The Community Development Network Annual ‘Gathering’
| The Gathering is an annual pay-what-you-can event where Manitoba’s community builders connect, learn, and celebrate success through a diverse range of workshops, panels, and presentations. It is open to all, from staff of community organizations to civil servants, funders, students, academics, or anyone interested in community development and community economic development. For 21 years, Manitoba community builders have gathered every fall to connect over a shared meal, to learn from one another’s work, and to celebrate the challenging but necessary practice of building stronger communities. Veg Table Popups
Veg Tables is a whole-food plant based, nutritionist designed, and ayurvedic influenced pop-up catering service. Veg Tables events are interactive with conversation-cafe aspects, alongside the diverse, local, healthy food. 2-hour dine-in experience.

~ Since opening in June 2020 we have hosted a Monday Market in the alleyway beside the building. We also hosted pop-up markets and were encouraged to expand the market outdoors towards Market Square and initiate a bigger Exchange Biz Market.
WILL RESTART 2024 Join the Buyers Club* ($5 month) For transient vendors who wish to table throughout the summer $10-20/week. Setup starts at 10:30 am. Only $5/ week if you operate in the Exchange Biz* Open with fresh food from May – October 11 am – 4 pm. Come and celebrate fresh, healthy produce, locally sourced, greener options, medicine foods, wellness, and healing. Purchase quantities until they are sold.
